I began yoga in May 2016 mainly due to having constant back pain, and quickly fell in love with the practice. Growing up I wasn’t really into sports, and enjoyed artistic things like painting. So when I was introduced to yoga, I felt like I found something very special — something that kept me physically active and also gave me a way to express myself artistically. I received my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in April 2018.
My app has a range of yoga classes such as Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin, as well as quick workouts I like to incorporate throughout my practice, tips, tutorials, and more! Come flow with me to improve your mind, body, and spirit!
